Null-plane quantization is investigated in the system described by a non-linear Lagrangian. The generating functional of the x^+-ordered Green's function is introduced in the Heisenberg representation. It is shown that in the non-linear Lagrangian theories the generating functional satisfies the same functional equation as the ordinary one of the time-ordered Green's function. discussions are devoted to the meaning of equivalence between the quantization procedure on the null-plane and that on the spacelike surface, and to usefulness of null-plane quantization.
