We have considered the question : Has the total Hamiltonian any domain in the Hilbert space spanned by the eigenstates of the free Hamiltonian? Two simple cases have been considered as examples. One is a system consisting of charged and neutral boson fields and a point source fixed in space, where the source has two states in charge-space, positive and neutral. The other is a system consisting of a neutral pseudoscalar boson field and a fermion-antifermion field. In the former case, it has been proved that the total Hamiltonian has no domain. In the latter, the same conclusion has been partially obtained.
