The CP-violating processes and the decay modes violating the |ΔI|=1/2 rule are investigated on the same footing by introducing a |ΔI|=3/2 interaction which is assumed to violate "maximally" the CP invariance. It is shown that a new relation concerning a couple of branching ratios, (K_<2>^0→π^++π^-)/(K_2^0→2π)=(K_1^0→π^0+π^0)/(K_1^0→2π), should hold which has never been obtained before. Another interesting result characteristic of our assumption is that the processes with ΔS/ΔQ=-1 such as Σ^+→n+l^++ν and K^0→π^++l^-+ν^^-, are suppressed by the factor 10^<-6> compared with ordinary ones (ΔS/ΔQ=+1).
