Recently the author has introduced a new symmetry principle (the trio-invariance) into particle physics. In this article, the formulation of trio-invariant theories is briefly presented on the basis of two-valued (or "spinor") representation of the symmetry group S_3 of order 3. There one can predict existence of an entirely new type of particles, which exhibit the trio-spinor character. A new form of the baryon-lepton symmetry is proposed and its use for weak interactions is remarked.
