Dual resonance model with exotic resonances for ππ, πK, KK^^-, KK scattering is proposed. It is shown that the exotic resonances are consistent with the "extended nonet mass relation", and the normal mesons still satisfy the approximate nonet scheme. Conjectures are made that the scalar κ-meson spectrum has double peaks and that the tensor f-meson spectrum has double peaks for the rare decay mode KK^^-.
