Recently proposed duality correspondence between superconformal Yang-Mills theory and Anti-de Sitter times a compact space M is investigated. First, the corr espondence between N=4,d=4 superconformal Yang-Mills theory and AdS_5×S^5 space-time will be dicussed in details. We will also dicuss on the recetly observed duality between N=1,d=4 superconformal Yang-Mills theory on three-branes at Calabi-Yau singularity and AdS_5×X_5 space-time, where X_5=(SU (2)×SU (2))/U (1) is the simplest example of conifold. Discussions on the most recent observations to understand these duality and a possible approach to study the large N limit of the conformal field theories will be given as a final comment.
