On the Hartree-Fock Treatment for the M_z=0 s.d. Exchange Interaction

For the s.d. impurity interaction, we set up a Schrodinger equation of the conduction electron by eliminating impurity spin variables. In the case where the total z-component spin is zero, the s-electron attached on spin-down impurity can be represented by a spin reverse operation on an electron wave function for an electron attached on spin-up impurity. Thus yielding the conduction electron equation attached on spin-up impurity. The Hamitonian contains a spin reverse operator. An exact Hartree-Fock energy for this Schrodinger equation is worked out formally, which naturally indicates the type of variational procedure suggested by Anderson for his model treatment.
