The method proposed in the preceding paper is extended to problems of anomalous attenuation of the first and second sounds below the λ-point. Both of their damping constants are shown to have the contribution of the Landau-Khalatnikov absorption and that due to fluctuations of the order-parameter. The former is the same as Usui's result and the latter is symmetric around the λ-point. Relations among the anomalous parts of transport coefficients above and below the λ-point are clarified.
