We propose the nucleon-nucleon potential of one-boson-exchange type in the triplet even (^<3>E) state, which is determined so as to reproduce the two-nucleon scattering data below 350 MeV as well as the deuteron data. In an earlier paper by Kishi, Sawada and Watari, the hard core radius in ^<3>E state was larger than those in other states. In this paper we take the same hard core radius in ^<3>E state as those in other states. The characteristic feature of our potential is that it has a small hard core radius and a weak tensor force in ^<3>E state. This potential in ^<3>E state, together with those in other three states given in the earlier paper by Kishi, Sawada and Watari represents a typical nucleon-nucleon potential of one-bosonexchange type. Using our deuteron wave function, we have also calculated the deuteron form factor and have compared it with experiment.
