We consider a massless field which belongs to the representation (s, s+1)[〇!+](-s, s+1), and expand it in terms of the bases of the representation of the inhomogeneous Lorentz group: We propose to impose a relativistically invariant, first order differential equation on this field. It is then shown that such a field has only two helicity states, and that the gauge change of the field vanishes. Quantization of this field is also discussed.
