We report here the calculation of the nucleon iso-vector form factor within the framework of the so-called field-current identity. The ρNN vertex is calculated under the assumption of 2π dominance and for the NN^^--ππ amplitude, we include both the effects of correlating and non-correlating contributions. Then, the charge form factor F_1^v(t) is fairly well reproduced, but as for the magnetic form factor F_2^v(t), there seems to be a discrepancy between theory and experiment.
