From the production ratio between neutral and charged pions, we derive sum rules for the two-body correlation parameters. The conservation laws of the charge and the average energy-momentum play an essential role in our studies. On the basis of these laws and a certain assumption made for the relation between the charged and neutral multiplicities, we predict the negative correlation for the two-body correlation parameter between neutral pions.
