In the Poincare Gauge Theory, solutions of the Friedmann universe which is stable against quantum corrections are obtained under linear approximations. These solutions are small oscillations around the standard Big-Bang solution of the General Relativity (GR). In GR, quantum effects due to vacuum polarization make the universe unstable. However, in these solutions we can choose parameters so that quantum effects do not break the stability.
