In new general relativity which is a vierbein theory of gravitation endowed with absolute parallelism, we find exact solutions of the Bianchi type-I, homogeneous universe including dust matter or the Dirac field as sources. In some of our solutions, an axial-vector part of the torsion tensor which couples to spinor fields is not vanishing even in the absence of intrinsic spin of source matter.
