The Inertial Subrange and Non-Positive Lyapunov Exponents in Fully-Developed Turbulence

The Lyapunov vectors in scalar models of two- and three-dimensional fully-developed turbulence are investigated. It is found that the inertial subrange is characterized as a support of Lyapunov vectors which correspond to non-positive Lyapunov exponents in the interior of attractor.
