The high energy neutrino flux originated from the scattering of the low energy cosmic neutrinos by the high energy cosmic rays is estimated. The estimation is done for the two cases of massive neutrinos and degenerate massless neutrinos. The flux obtained in this process is small compared with the previous estimations unless the extragalactic cosmic ray flux is more intense in the early stage of z^4.
