The aim of this article is to develop the test measuring how a school teacher views his colleague teachers (Role Construct Repertory Test for School Teachers; RCRT-ST), and to investigate, through the interview with him on the result of the test, how he relates himself with other teachers, and how he receives social supports from them. 31 teachers were asked to complete RCRT-ST, and the results were computed using factor analysis. This test was found to be effective not only for unfolding the individual teacher's cognition of his colleagues, but also for unfolding his personal experiences in schools, his personal view of education, and his interpersonal relationships with other teachers.
