Resent studies on medical system are logical games in the mode of medical model on the assumption that medicine is provided substancialy actual a priori. The purpose of this essey is to make this epistemological assumption clear by means of the discussion on medical semiology and exchange theory of medicine. On account of the closed logical system of semiology, we do not have fruitful advances in the field of semiology on semiologie. Exchange or Reciprocity theories in which open svstem is assumed will be possible to discuss on medical systems theory in terms of the reference experiential "irrational" human behavior to the Logical Type Theory.
