• From the point of a view of payer and providers of health care and welfare services, costs and services provided were analysed. Costs were mainly contributed to by medical services, which amounted to 2300 million yen, While those of health care and welfare was only one thirteenth of this. Taking the results of critical appraisal of effectiveness and efficiency of services into consideration, re-evaluation for allocation of resources of health care and welfare must be needed. More appropriate utilization of resources will be facilitated based on this re-evaluation.
