The attitude toward computer among university students were measured using questionnaire, and analyzed the attitude structure and changes after two semesters. According to this analysis, one factor of attitudes named "familiarity toward computer" changed significantly, but another factor "unbelievability toward computer" changed slightly. Furthermore, the correlation analysis was done to investigate the relationship between education of computer literacy and attitude toward computer. The linear relationship was undetected, but alternative relationship was visualized using categorized data. Finally, the covariance structure analysis was done on the assumption of a causal relationship between attitude toward computer and indices of student performance. The causality of familiarity toward computer to student performance of computer literacy education wasidentified.
