This paper reports on educational assistance during 6 months for the children in our class, who need the aid of ADL (e.g., eating, dressing and toileting). The activity of ADL consists of a chain of each behavior. We have aimed at the formation of such activity in a step by step fashion. But, in the step by step fashion, it was difficult to control and integrate such activity. The writer designed a means to combine some behavior with the next behavior by communicating with them and establishing the situation. As a result, they controlled and integrated their activity spontaneously.Through this practical process, a remarkable improvement was gained.
