• This paper aims at discussing the formation process of the capitalistic economy and the family system of Japan (1858 to 1945). This study, in particular .focuses on ,the succession rules and whether the principles of family systems should contribute to capital growth which is the government target. I will study the mutual influence relations between "the tax policy for remaking the modern capitalistic economic nation and the taxpayers" through the inheritance tax system. Therefor.it is necessary to clear up the relationship to be based on the civil law. This inter-disciplinary study will discuss "Family and Inheritance tax problerrTfrom the present time and into the future.
