The psychological model of organizational behavior (e. g. job attitude) has been widely investigated with respect to comparing Japanese and U.S. workers. But surprisingly, some surveys in cross-cultural studies indicated that subconsciously the Japanese respondents expressed higher levels of job dissatisfaction and lower levels of fulfillment than U.S. respondents. Bat we have learned in schools of management that Japanese high productivity may indicate that Japanese workers are highly satisfied and motivated, and that we are all a part of the decision-making process. These varius results pose an interesting question. Have Japanese workers already been guided deeply under the concious level to participate in thier own organization? A new heuristic for studying organizational behavioris proposed.
