It has been said that it is a yokonarabi(homogeneity) about the behavior of many enterprises of our country .Because the behavior of the enterprise occurs by the decision of the enterprise, the behavior of the yokonarabi occurs from the decision of the yokonarabi. The enterprises of our country have made the decision of the yokonarabi long. The pattern of this decision becomes the constitution of the enterprise, and the change is difficult as a result. The behavior of the yokonarabi in the enterprise can be seen in many situations.For example there are the situations such as a product price, development of a product, the introduction of the various systems. However, the enterprise of our country has been giving it a yokonarabi as one of the difficult problems of the change. It feels that it is difficult to change it at the same time though enterprise feels the change of the yokonarabi necessary. The decision of the yokonarabi is done based on the value of the outside. The decision which is based on the value of the outside can be said as the dependent decision. The enterprises of our country have the constitution which allows them to make decisions dependently. However, before being in the enterprise as an individual constitution, this constitution can be thought to be formed socially. This is explained by using some cases.
