We have shown in part I that the present design rule is an imperfect one in order to make stable coaxial collinear antennas. In this paper, we examine the effect of the inner conductor of the coaxial section and we present experimental results of the coaxial collinear antenna. We have observed clear frequency properties in experimental results and have found that the diameter of the inner conductor is a very important parameter to design the coaxial collinear antenna. We can then, obtain a function relationship between the frequency and the length of the coaxial section for the coaxial collinear antenna, phenomenologically. This coaxial collinear antenna reveals electromagnetically stable properties and no mode is excited except for the dominant mode. A possibility for a new design rule will be presented using the function relationship.
