The purpose of this study was to find out the actual situation of oversea's short-term credit exchange of English and nursing subjects in Nursing Universities including Junior Colleges. Two methods were used : first of all, the authors have investigated the literatures on this subject for 3 years after the introduction of amendment of new nursing curriculum, using 3 key-words such as lnternational Cooperation, Study-Tour, Credit-exchange. Secondary, they have made the study-tour for the Faculty of Health Science, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia. Analysing the materials taken from above two methods,the authors got the results : 1. Both the sender and receiver of the students should work on together the purpose, curriculum contents and the methods of evaluation from the view point of both short and long spun. After practicing, they should evaluate the curriculum together with the students. 2. Before attending the cource class, the students are required to review the history of two countries for better understanding. 3.The positive support of daily life for students is essential, and the teaching staff of the both universities should try to built the good relationship.
