The entrance examination of the university is often said a chance for the young to change their life-style, because their social environments during university period are very different from those during high school period in the sense that social constraints on their life become weaker and social resources to make their life richer are more easily available. The results of the research carried out to investigate these differences show that though they commit more heavily in their life than they were high School students, university students become to have deeper interests in rather private life than in the where they need to contact more co-agers or behave as social beings. The university students should have more freedom to choose how to spend their life than they were in high school, and life style chosen by them may indicate the social character of the young of today.
