• The purpose of this paper is to show the question of high school reform from the side of Educational Administration and school management. I consider the subject under the following heads : (1)The relation between educational administration facilities and school management - secure of independence, autonomy, and originality - ; (2)The security of condition preparation about high school reform; and (3)The duty of educational administration facilities and school for " Education to respect personality" But this time I had no chance to express, more noteworthy the relation between to survive of school and high school reform.
