We investigate the fundamental geometrical objects like nonlinear connections, d-connections, torsion, curvature of the k-osculator bundle endowed with the canonical nonlinear connection (1.3). Finding a concrete form of the canonical nonlinear connection coefficients (N^i_j(1), N^i_j(2), ..., N^i_j(k)) we are able to study the geometry of Osc^kM more detailed.
