We investigate the fundamental geometrical objects like nonlinear connections, d-connections, torsion, curvature, exterior derivative, structure equations of the generalized Lagrange space GL^<(2)m>= (M, g_<ij>) endowed with the nonlinear connection (2.3) and the metric of Synge. The restriction of GL^<(2)m> to a section S_v(M) gives us the Second Order Geometrical Optic Space.
