A child is top of the growth, and it becomes a premise that child's growth development is understood before child's nursing. This time, it investigated about the observation of the child's growth development (functionally, form-like, mind, movement) in a study of the child's nursing practice. The observation of the growth development was remarkable like a form, and observation about functional low development and the development of the mind, movement showed a tendency to be high as that result. As for the way of observing it, information was collected from the chart much frequenty and more than observing child directly, and the tendency that it depended on information on the chart was high. (1), child's characteristics were appreciated as a future subject, and the learning to acquire skill along with learning. (2), that the ability which observes child's growth development synthetically is enhanced, observation and measurement, and which the guidance which msde lecture, practice, practice consistent till now in the above was indispensable to recognized it from these results.
