In this paper, the Summary is reported of the researches continued during 18 years between 1935 and 1953,on the chemical and mechanical properties of 23 species of the wood produced at the district of the River Botanko as the representaive samples of the manchurian flora, tested by the official standard methods, and furthermore on the industrial researches of the manufactures of the pulps by mixed cooking, of the dry distillation process used 10,000m^3 wood per year, and of the plastics-paper-wood laminates for the air kraft and the shipping kraft.
