This report describes a method of dynamical analysis about the escaping movement that determines a time of exposure. By this practical applications of an approximated formula, it becomes to be able to design shutter mechanisms in highly efficient when we design a time control mechanism of focal-plane-shutter and meny problems awaiting solution have been solved.
