• This paper presents a theory of grammatical possible balance which is expected to keep sentences well-formed when regarded purely as syntax and semantics/Here in this paper our studies are mainly focussed on the relations between predicate verbs and two chief elements, i.e., VT's and IO+DO or O + C. The analytic procedures of a new theory depend on transformational generative grammar rules, non-transformational grammar rules and partly Dowty-Bach's application rules based on the theory of λ(lambda) operation. Our new theory developed here concerning the syntactico-semantic component has been studied with the/specific goal of theorizing a new original analysis of constituent structures peculiar to well-formed sentences structurally and semantically.
