When an object moves in space mechanisms, it has a component of motion along the space coordinate axes also the axes absolutely fixed on the reference frame which is in uniform motion relative to the space. The forces exerted on the object and its velocity are measured by the two space coordinates. In this study, we develop Lagrangean equation geometrically and dynamically into the translation and rotation of space. Then we may write mathematical equations of motion by the use of the energy equation in relative mechanics. The procedures are not new but they are the idea to be presented in our particle dynamics. For the explanation of the motion of some high speed air spinners in space, the momental ellipsoid are constructed. And for the analysis of spinner stability, Euler's equation of a moving system may always be applied using Eulerian angles. Thus, the elementary mechanical discussion follows immediately after the consideration of the earth's rotation.
