Hiratuka City is belong to Kanagawa Prefecture but stands on administrative division unit. For local autonomous bodies in Japan, they didn't have a kind of econometric model as a guideline like an input-output table by which the government and many prefectures made economic policies. It is a first time making the inter-regional input-output table in Honshu area. This paper is described a system structure of the regional input-output table and estimated how much economical effect was increased by public investment at local area and how much influential did the Star Festival's impact bear on the local economy. Regional input-output tables have broad potential if practically applied with respect to sources of information and methods; especially in the field of environmental engineering.
