I-O Tables for Japan have been compiled every five years since 1955. Prefecture I-O Table was started on the national standards from 1960 and Regional I-O Table has been making at all local government since 1990. But Regional I-O Table for smaller district and city unit has a lot of problem. Because it was just started. In this paper we are going to pick up the problem which Regional I-O Table is holding and make clear the meaning of the data made from this I-O Table so that any one who takes an economic interest about Hiratuka city can understand this I-O Table and the data as regional economic information contribute well. As concrete example we calculated the economic impact by the removal from Kyoto factory to Shonan factory in Nissan Shatai Company by using the Hiratuka Regional I-O Table. It is very difficult to measure accurately economic effect from the industrial movement and show appropriately this result on a simple 13 sectors I-O Table. Therefore we divided manufacturing into 14 sectors and added 3 more sectors to calculate Input Coefficients correctly then we accomplished 29 sectors I-O Table by attaching new resources to making process. And we had many given data in which constitute 29 sectors I-O Table through the cooperation of the Department of Labor and Industry of Hiratuka City and Hiratuka City industry.
