弾性支持回転軸の振動問題 : 定常不つりあい応答

In this paper, flexibly supported rotor-shaft systems are treated. Numerical analyses are used and the analysis condition is as follows; the rotor is continuously accelerated or decelerated with constant angular acceleration or deceleration, the gyroscopic moment of the rotor is considered, the rigidity of bearings and that of the bearing-supports are equal about x and y-directions respectively, and the damping coefficient of the bearings and bearing-supports are equal about x and y-direction respectively, and both linear. The basic equations of motion are led out by Lagrange's equations and the critical speed diagrams are drawn by using the solution of free vibration from above equations. The first approximate equations are derived by asymptotic method from above equations of motion, and the precision of first approximate equations are estimated. Influence of each parameter (such as rigidity of bearing and that of bearing-support, damping coefficient of bearing and that of bearing-support, and mass ratio of rotor and bearing) are described in numerical analysis, As the result, it is cleared that on the flexibly supported rotating shaft there are optimum values of bearing-support and bearing rigidity ratio and also that of damping ratio respectively to minimize the vibration amplitude of rotor.
