It is experimentally comfirmed that current drive efficiency ηCD (n_eR_pI_<RF>/P_<LH>(10^<19>m^<-2>A/W)) ∝ <Te>/(Z_<eff>+5). High current drive efficiencies of ηCD by the optimization of N_<II>-spectrum is also found experimentally.
