In the thermal environment observation of urban built spaces, the reflected emission from the facing surface is shown as a problem. Because it causes errors of the radiant temperature observed. This paper describes the new method to observe the urban thermal environment with the spherical thermograph system and 3D thermogram, which enables us to obtain the surface temperature from radiation measurement by removing reflection from the observed thermograph.
