Time series of ac conductivities are measured along a direction perpendicular to the c-axis of an erbium nitrate crystal at low temperatures of below 50 K. Anomalous decreases in the imaginary part \sigma'' of the complex conductivity \sigma^{*} are observed at temperatures near 20 and 32 K. Singularities in the fluctuation \Delta\sigma'' are found at these temperatures. The probability distribution functions with double peaks are derived from the time series at the indicated temperatures. The limit cycles in the fluctuation \Delta\sigma'' are observed in the measurements. The disappearance of the limit cycles is seen near the singular temperatures. The singularities in the structures of the fluctuation \Delta\sigma'' are found near the two singular points.
