This paper aims to clarify the concept of "Strategic Environmental Management" and describe the importance of the role that environmental communication plays in the management. In recent years an advanced corporations show a strong tendency to regard its environmental activities as a source of competitive advantage or differential advantage and include it into very important elements of corporate strategy. 1 grasp such environmental activities as "Strategic Environmental Management". Therefore first, I described the concept of strategic environmental management and some cases of its activities in this paper. Second, 1 explained how environmental communication relates to stakeholders because environmental communication plays an important role in constructing mutual understanding and trust relation with them. And also, I introduced some cases of activities of environmental communication and pointed out the ways of advertising indication for environmental advertisement to avoid consumers' false recognition.
