High-frequency voltage-assisted magnetization reversal in a perpendicularly magnetized disk was studied by using macrospin simulation. The switching field was reduced depending on the frequency of an applied oscillating anisotropy field and took a minimum value at the optimum frequency. The reduction rate of the switching field to that without the assist field was increased by tilting the static magnetic field toward the in-plane direction.
