We performed femtosecond time-resolved spectroscopy in \alpha-sexithiophene (6T)/C<inf>60</inf>bilayer and mixed films. We observed sharp and intense photoinduced absorption (PIA) at 1.2 eV and ascribed it to the charge-transfer (CT) state. The spectral features are interpreted in terms of homogenous molecular stacking at 6T/C<inf>60</inf>interface and quantum confinement effect in 6T.
