Thermodynamic quantities of elastic solids such as elastic constants, specific heats, coefficients of thermal expansion and Gruneisen parameters are analyzed and discussed by using the linearized macroscopic basic equations proposed in the former paper of the present series. Furthermore some coefficients which relate thermal vibrations of constituent atoms to temperature variation and strain are studied. Then the Helmholtz free energy of elastic solids is formulated explicitly.
