Nanoparticle effects on the atomic pair distribution function are small-angle scattering, particle form factor, and particle pair correlation. Here, the spherical shell particle form factor, spherical pair correlation, and spherical shell pair correlation are calculated using the continuum particle approximation. These results can be used to estimate the spherical particle shape and size in addition to the particle pair correlation for the atomic pair distribution function analysis.
