A design of a horizontal cavity with a cavity length of 30 cm is proposed. The cavity monolithically includes its supports and base plate, avoiding unequal space-dependent restoring forces against vibrations. Critical dimensions of the cavity to enhance vibration immunity were optimized by finite element modeling (FEM). An uncertainty of 0.5 mm in aligning the mirrors with the cavity symmetry axis has resulted in a residual acceleration sensitivity of $6\times 10^{-12}$/ms-2, which is comparable to that of the state-of-the-art cavities.
