The structure and magnetotransport properties of alpha-Fe (hereafter denote as $\alpha$-Fe) nanoparticles in reactively cosputter-deposited Al1-xFexN films ($0.18\leq x\leq 0.91$) were studied after their annealing. $\alpha$-Fe-dispersed crystalline AlN films were obtained by annealing in the temperature range between 300°C and 500°C in hydrogen. A magnetoresistance of 0.82% at room temperature was observed on the granular film annealed at 400°C. This value increased to 2.16% at 77 K.
