非線形光学顕微鏡による固体表面観察

概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
２次の非線形光学応答であるＳＨＧ及びＳＦＧを顕微法に応用した非線形光学顕微鏡の開発を行い、様々な試料の観察を行った。これらの中から特に興味深い「金属回折格子の電場分布観測」、「不純物ドープシリコンの共鳴ＳＨ像観察」、「水素終端シリコンの表面電子状態像及び振動分布像」、「植物中の多糖類の選択観測」等の研究について発表する。また、非線形光学顕微鏡の研究に関する将来展望についても述べる。
