Five elderly users managed the online consultation service provided by the support software for PCs "ALAKAI Net". We analyzed the writing on the community site and studied question papers for the period from December 2007 to May 2008. Our examination revealed that the past experience of users was considered beneficial and that it increased their self-satisfaction. However, the inability to fulfill the mission of providing a user with support caused dissatisfaction.
